Il gruppo è presente su scala globale in 100 paesi (con sedi in Svizzera, Germania, USA, Singapore, Cina, India e Russia) con oltre 650 dipendenti e un fatturato di circa 105 milioni di euro.Nel ottica di rinforzo del Team di Customer Care per la sede di GUIDONIAsiamo alla ricerca di valide figure da inserire come :Field Service EngineerLa figura ricercata si occuperà di svolgere le seguenti attività :Attività di manutenzione programmataAttività di manutenzione accidentaleFormazione clienti uso e manutenzione impiantiInterventi di installazione o riparazione di componentisticaInterventi di riparazione in garanziaInterventi di riparazione e manutenzione fuori garanziaInterventi di modifica, revisione ed aggiornamento (retrofit / update)Requisiti ricercati nel candidato :Diploma tecnico ad indirizzo elettrico, elettronico elettrotecnicoEsperienza in ambito Service di almeno 4 anniConoscenze base di meccanica, principalmente legate alla comprensione di schemi P&IDEsperienza di lavoro su sistemi PLC come ricerca guastiEsperienza nel gestire le problematiche di campo, fare diagnosi e promuovere soluzioni ai problemi tecniciEsperienza di gestione comunicativa del cliente sul campoLingua inglese scritta e parlataDisponibilità a trasferte nazionali ed internazionali fino a 70% del tempoCompletano il profilo :Capacità di analisiSpiccata attitudine al problem solvingFlessibilitàDinamismoCapacità di lavoro in teamCapacità relazionali e comunicativeCosa offriamo :Pianificazione delle trasferte in anticipoViaggi totalmente organizzati dall azienda (voli, spostamenti, vitto e alloggio)Auto aziendaleIndennità di trasfertaStraordinari e ore di viaggio pagateTipologia contrattuale : Tempo indeterminato#J-18808-Ljbffr
