Translate strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps visible to internal and external stakeholders. Serve as a key escalation point for country‑specific or cross‑functional challenges. Champion best practices across the product function to enhance delivery quality and consistency.Requirements5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in fast‑paced SaaS or regulatory‑heavy environments such as fintech or payroll. Proven track record of end‑to‑end product ownership, including roadmap, scope, and stakeholder management. Strong expertise in mentoring, coaching, and guiding junior colleagues. Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex projects with significant business impact. Exceptional stakeholder management and executive‑level communication skills. Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data‑driven decisions. Autonomy in decision‑making and ability to influence at senior organizational levels.
