It will be a place where talent and technology come together to fulfill our ambition: shaping the future together and driving the progress of food innovation.To bring this vision to life, we’re seeking an experienced Product Industrialization Engineer to join our Industrialization Team in the Taste division - the vital link between innovation and production. This team ensures every new flavor formula is seamlessly and efficiently manufactured across our global network. By validating processes and guaranteeing compliance, they transform creative ideas into scalable products that delight customers worldwide. In this role, you’ll lead product industrialization and process optimization for flavor products, building manufacturing expertise in flavor delivery technologies at our new site in Collecchio, Italy.
