Stiamo cercando un/una esperto/a e altamente qualificato/a Backend Software Engineer di livello Mid/Senior, per ingresso nel team di sviluppo della piattaforma cognitiva. Questa è un'opportunità unica per unirsi a un'azienda di robotica hi-tech e contribuire alla sua missione di rivoluzionare l'interazione uomo-robot con tecnologie avanzate e soluzioni innovative.Responsabilità principaliProgettare, sviluppare e mantenere servizi backend scalabili e ad alte prestazioni e API utilizzando Python.Implementare e ottimizzare sistemi concorrenti utilizzando asyncio, multithreading e/o multiprocessing.Architettare e costruire componenti di sistemi distribuiti robusti.Sviluppare e gestire canali di comunicazione in tempo reale utilizzando WebSocket e sistemi di messaggistica Pub/Sub (es. MQTT, NATS, Redis Pub/Sub).Scrivere codice pulito, efficiente, testabile e ben documentato.Collaborare strettamente con sviluppatori frontend, ingegneri robotici e team di infrastruttura.Ottimizzare le prestazioni delle applicazioni, identificare colli di bottiglia e garantire l'affidabilità del sistema.Lavorare con containerizzazione (Docker) e sistemi di orchestrazione (es. Kubernetes / Helm).Contribuire alla progettazione e alla gestione di database (noSQL e SQL).Partecipare a revisioni del codice, fornendo e ricevendo feedback costruttivi.Rimanere aggiornato sulle ultime tecnologie backend, pattern di concorrenza e best practice per sistemi distribuiti.RequisitiLaurea magistrale in Ingegneria Informatica, Informatica o un campo correlato, oppure esperienza pratica equivalente.Almeno 3 anni di esperienza professionale nello sviluppo backend.Forti competenze in Python.Profonda comprensione ed esperienza pratica con la programmazione concorrente in Python (asyncio, multithreading, multiprocessing).Esperienza comprovata nella progettazione e costruzione di sistemi distribuiti.Esperienza con WebSocket e pattern/sistemi di messaggistica Pub/Sub.Esperienza con la containerizzazione utilizzando Docker.Solida comprensione delle tecnologie di database (es.
