Through interactive pre-sales demonstrations, you will not only analyze an organization's environment but also articulate a vision of the "Future of Work." You will propose how Workday’s Enterprise Services—can solve complex business concerns and drive efficiency. Key Responsibilities Articulate a Vision: Transform an organization’s current environment into a tangible vision of the "Future of Work" through interactive demonstrations. Solve Complex Challenges: Propose how Workday’s AI Platform for HR and Agents solve critical business concerns and drive massive operational efficiency. Lead with Innovation: Help customers achieve real-world results through constant technological evolution. Discovery & Strategy: Analyze prospect requirements to create tailored demonstrations that highlight Workday's differentiators, specifically focusing on the value of Machine Learning, Generative and Agentic AI in HR processes.
