Per rinomata multinazionale retail italiana ricerchiamo un/una Global Procurement & Supply Chain Manager appartenente alle categorie protette (L. 68/99). La risorsa, inserita all’interno della funzione Procurement & Supply Chain, avrà la responsabilità di guidare iniziative di trasformazione e miglioramento dei processi a livello globale, contribuendo all’efficienza operativa e alla standardizzazione delle attività. Nello specifico si occuperà di: Coordinamento di progetti interfunzionali finalizzati all’evoluzione dei processi di procurement e supply chain; Analisi dei flussi operativi esistenti e individuazione di opportunità di ottimizzazione, efficientamento e riduzione dei costi; Implementazione di modelli e processi standard a livello di gruppi, aree geografiche e business unit; Sviluppo e rafforzamento della collaborazione operativa con fornitori strategici, garantendo performance, qualità del servizio e miglioramento continuo; Interazione costante con gli stakeholder interni per assicurare allineamento ed esecuzione efficace delle iniziative. Laurea in Ingegneria, Economia o discipline affini; Esperienza di 6-8 anni in contesti aziendali strutturati e complessi; Esperienza consolidata in ambito Procurement e/o Supply Chain (gradita provenienza da contesti retail); Spiccate capacità analitiche, di problem solving e di project management; Inglese fluente (la conoscenza di altre lingue costituisce un plus). Autonomia, proattività e ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali completano il profilo che cerchiamo. Sede di lavoro: Milano sud Orario: Full time (con smart working) Contratto e retribuzione saranno commisurati in base alla seniority. Completano il pacchetto retributivo il premio di risultato, la mensa aziendale e il welfare aziendale.
