Proven ability to work well with others in a team environment and across all levels of the organization.What You’ll Do:Manage a portfolio of accounts with daily sales orders and ensure accuracy and in a timely manner. Maintain a high degree of data integrity, quality, and consistency. Work with different stakeholders (Tax, Legal, Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain) to achieve one goal. Coordinate with Supply Chain team with shipments to multiple international destinations from multiple warehouses internationally. Responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of quoting, processing PO's and working with different teams to take the order to successful fulfilment. Manage projects, action items and creation of process documentation.What You’ll Need:Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to build relationships across multiple departments and stakeholders. Demonstrable understanding of the dynamics of sales environment and culture of salespeople. Must have influencing, people, and analysis skills combined with sound commercial judgement. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. You should be confident to communicate at every level, effectively and escalating wherever necessary. Good experience and expertise in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Salesforce.
