Stern Energy Spa , dinamica società italiana leader nel settore della fornitura di servizi tecnici e gestionali per impianti di produzione di energia da fonti rinnovabili da fonte fotovoltaica, con sede in sei paesi europei e un parco impianti gestiti di oltre 2,0 GWp, ricerca un: Site Manager da inserire nel team di Construction – Utility scale di impianti fotovoltaici. La risorsa si occuperà principalmente di: 1) Gestione generale del cantiere:Supervisione quotidiana delle attività di cantiere, garantendo l’avanzamento lavori secondo le schedule di progetto; Coordinamento del personale operativo diretto e dei subappaltatori; Applicazione e controllo delle normative HSE, assicurando il rispetto degli standard di sicurezza e qualità; Identificazione e risoluzione proattiva delle problematiche operative e tecniche; Redazione di report di avanzamento lavori e aggiornamenti periodici verso il Project Manager.2) Gestione Attività elettriche:Supervisione e coordinamento delle attività elettriche in cantiere (installazione, cablaggio, collegamenti, messa in servizio); Verifica della conformità delle installazioni ai progetti esecutivi e alle normative tecniche applicabili; Supporto ed esecuzione delle attività di test, collaudo e commissioning; Gestione e, se necessario, formazione del personale elettrico.3) Gestione Attività meccaniche ed edili:Supervisione delle attività meccaniche ed edili (strutture, tracker, moduli, opere civili); Verifica della corretta installazione in accordo ai disegni esecutivi e alle specifiche di progetto; Coordinamento delle squadre meccaniche ed edili; Supporto alle attività di collaudo e verifica finale dell’impianto.4) Gestione Logistica del cantiere:Gestione delle attività di carico, scarico e stoccaggio dei materiali in cantiere; Coordinamento con fornitori, trasportatori e team di progetto per garantire puntualità e correttezza delle consegne; Verifica e archiviazione della documentazione di trasporto (DDT, fatture, ecc.); Monitoraggio delle scorte e segnalazione tempestiva di necessità di riordino; Risoluzione delle criticità logistiche che possano impattare le tempistiche di progetto.Requisiti e capacità richiesteDiploma tecnico, possibilmente con specializzazione elettrica o elettromeccanica; Esperienza nella gestione di cantieri nel settore fotovoltaico o delle costruzioni; Capacità di leadership e gestione del personale; Conoscenza delle normative di sicurezza in cantiere; Disponibilità a lavorare sul territorio nazionale ed europeo; Buona padronanza della lingua inglese; Abilitazione per utilizzo di drone (plus)Sede di Lavoro: Tutto il territorio nazionale L'offerta è rivolta a candidati ambosessi, i termini contrattuali per l’inserimento saranno valutati sulla base dell’esperienza maturata dal candidato, ma finalizzati ad un inserimento continuativo nel team dell’azienda. #J-18808-Ljbffr
