Per una realtà cliente, leader nel settore food, siamo alla ricerca di un Construction Project Manager. La figura sarà responsabile della progettazione, sviluppo, coordinamento e supervisione dei progetti di realizzazione degli spazi gestiti dal Gruppo.Responsabilità PrincipaliGestione end-to-end dei progetti di costruzione, ristrutturazione e apertura di nuovi punti vendita, garantendo qualità, tempi e standard aziendali; Aggiornamento delle specifiche tecniche e degli accordi quadro con i fornitori; Valutazione della fattibilità tecnica dei progetti e supporto alle funzioni interne nelle fasi preliminari; Raccolta delle informazioni per la definizione del budget e supporto all'iter di approvazione dell'investimento; Coordinamento dei professionisti per le pratiche autorizzative e verifica della conformità normativa; Supervisione dei cantieri, monitoraggio dell'avanzamento lavori e individuazione di azioni correttive; Gestione e controllo dei costi di progetto; Coordinamento di fornitori e imprese, garantendo il rispetto delle condizioni contrattuali; Gestione degli immobili assegnati e delle attività di manutenzione, refit e remodelling; Garanzia della conformità edilizia, urbanistica, igienico-sanitaria e di sicurezza in tutte le fasi. RequisitiEsperienza minima di 5 anni nel ruolo; Esperienza comprovata nel settore food, alimentare o retail, preferibilmente nella gestione di progetti di realizzazione o restyling di spazi di ristorazione; Laurea in Architettura oppure Ingegneria Edile-Architettura; Conoscenza delle principali normative edilizie, di sicurezza e igienico-sanitarie; Ottima capacità di lettura e redazione di elaborati progettuali; Padronanza degli strumenti per la gestione dei progetti (tempi, costi, risorse); Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata).
