Operational Legal Advice: Provide proactive legal counsel on contract execution, interpretation, and other operational matters. Knowledge Sharing: Share lessons learned and best practices across the GE Aerospace legal community to foster continuous improvement. Contract and Claim Management: Identify and address legal issues related to contracts and claims, ensuring effective risk mitigation. Compliance Monitoring: Oversee commercial legal policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory and company standards. Training and Development: Identify training needs and deliver targeted legal and contractual training for commercial and sourcing teams. Industry Expertise: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of relevant industry trends to support commercial objectives and enhance competitive differentiation.
