Your day at NTT DATA The Technical Services Implementation Engineer (L2) is a developing subject matter expert, responsible for ensuring that client solution requirements are resolved in line with Service Level Agreements (SLA). This role performs configurations, action installations and attend to break/fix events.What you'll be doing Key Roles and Responsibilities: Technical Specialist dedicated to IT infrastructure support. Manages and operates on IT systems, monitoring them and improving their performance, solving medium complexity problems to ensure defined service levels. Staging of equipment and infrastructure start-up. Physical installation and basic and advanced configuration. Migrations or commissioning of medium complexity infrastructures Functional testing and hands-on support to more senior specialists. On-site engineer at the customer for MACD activities and 2nd level troubleshooting Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes: The specialized expertise allows us to deploy medium-low complexity infrastructures and solutions and to assist the customer in maintenance and change management activities. Academic Qualifications and Certifications: Has advanced certifications from the main reference vendors accompanied by field experience as a delivery engineer. Knows advanced commands and the procedures to be applied to systems and/or equipment. Required Experience: Has more than 3 years of experience as an engineer.
