With over 2,000 customers worldwide and a passionate, international team, we thrive on innovation, collaboration, and delivering real value.As consultant you will be responsible for implementing our own STAEDEAN solution for the Life Sciences industry in combination with Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 F&SCM. You play a crucial role in helping organizations harness the full potential of STAEDEAN solutions to drive business growth, improve operational processes, and enhance collaboration.Your primary focus is on helping businesses leverage Microsoft D365/ STAEDEAN to improve productivity, streamline operations, and achieve strategic objectives.The role is a mix of direct work (at the customer), indirect work (supporting partners), and internal work (joining our product team).What You’ll DoDemonstrate and present software solutions including preparation, execution, and follow‑up with customers and partners.Define in‑scope solutions based on discovery checklists for software and services.Participate in requirements and fit/gap analysis for in‑scope solutions and train key users.Collaborate with our Build team and share customer experiences. Support the Build team with design document preparation, new feature testing, and bug management.Ensure the quality of process documentation and solution functional designs based on the methodology we have created using Microsoft’s Success by Design framework.Contribute to our methodology by defining, creating, and maintaining implementation templates including configuration process descriptions, test scenarios, and implementation accelerators.Communicate with fellow Consultants regularly to align and sync on functional challenges within running projects.Engage with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and technology needs.What We’re Looking ForMinimum 1+ years’ experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 F&SCM, Azure or Power Platform, or other ERP systems.Experience in at least one of these areas: Inventory, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.Detail‑oriented with the ability to work efficiently and accurately.Self‑starter who can operate individually and is also a great team player.Willingness to continuously improve and develop yourself and your team.Analytical skills to innovate and improve the current design and architecture of solutions.Nice to HaveKnowledge of the Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences markets and regulations.Microsoft D365 certifications (MB‑300 / MB‑310 / MB‑330).Power Platform knowledge and experience and/or PL‑200 certification.Why You Should Apply If you are ready to take on exciting challenges in a fast‑paced, innovative environment, STAEDEAN is the place for you.
