Informazioni sul ruolo Ricerca un coordinatore post vendita (aftersales) con competenze tecniche e approccio proattivo, in grado di sviluppare da zero la rete di assistenza e supportare attività di pre- e post-vendita al livello nazionale. ResponsabilitàSviluppo e coordinamento della rete italiana di centri di assistenza e tecnici certificati Gestione di supporto tecnico, pratiche di garanzia e troubleshooting Coordinamento pezzi di ricambio, logistica e tempi di intervento Supporto tecnico al team commerciale in fase di pre- e post-vendita Min. 5 anni di esperienza in after-sales / supporto tecnico HVAC o settori affini Solida conoscenza di sistemi di climatizzazione e installazione Esperienza nella gestione di reti di assistenza e ricambi Approccio proattivo e capacità di lavorare in contesti in fase di avvio Disponibilità a trasferte nazionaliLa conoscenza dell’inglese è considerata un plus.
