The first of its kind, the Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort, is paradise found.About the Role The Integrated Pest Manager (IPM) plays a vital role inmaintainingthe safety, cleanliness, and wellbeing of the entire property by preventing,monitoring, and managing pest activity with precision, care, and environmental responsibility. In this role, you will implement IPM programs, conduct routine inspections, apply sustainable treatment methods, and ensure compliance with local, state, and FourSeasonshealth and safety standards. You will work closely with Engineering, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Landscaping, and Safety teams tomaintaina pristine environment and protect the guest experience. Please note that this role will be onboarded after February1st,2026. What You Will Do Conduct routine inspections of all guest areas, back-of-house spaces, kitchens, landscaping, and storage areas toidentifypest activity. Implement andmaintainIntegrated Pest Management procedures, focusing on prevention, sanitation, exclusion, and safe, targeted treatments. Respond quickly to pest-related service requests and follow proper documentation and reporting requirements. Monitor andmaintaintraps, sensors, and exclusion devices as part of theproperty'sprevention program. Coordinate with internal departments to address structural, sanitation, or operational conditions that may contribute to pest activity. Maintain chemical inventories and ensure all treatmentscomply withregulatory and Four Seasons standards. Train staff across departments on sanitation, waste handling, and preventive measures to support IPM goals. Collaborate with external vendors when necessary and review service reports for accuracy and effectiveness. Ensure all recordkeeping—including logs, inspection reports, and compliance forms—isaccurateand up to date. Address guest or staff concerns professionally and escalate whenappropriate. And more What You Bring Previousexperience in pest control, facility sanitation, environmental health, or an IPM-focused role preferred. Valid pest control certification or applicator license (or ability to obtain). Knowledge of IPM principles, pest biology, and safe chemical handling practices. Strong communicationskills and the ability to educate others on prevention and sanitation. Computerproficiencyfor logging reports andmaintainingcompliance records. Ability to multitask, troubleshoot, and remain calm in high-demand situations. Flexibility towork days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
