ResponsibilitiesSupport GBEs’ Compliance Functions in interpreting and implementing GIH‑level policies and guidelines Facilitate reporting and information flows from the GBEs to the GIH CCO, including methodologies and IT tools implementation Conduct on‑site assessments in the GBEs on compliance‑related topics Evaluate organizational structures and internal procedures for managing Compliance Risks Review annual the GBEs Compliance Plans and Reports, liaising with Compliance Officers Consolidate and report outcomes of GBEs’ compliance risk assessments into the GIH Compliance Risk Assessment Provide guidance and foster best practices through regular meetings with the GBEs and Compliance community initiatives Advise GBEs on specific compliance topics and facilitate cross‑entity collaboration when neededRequirementsMaster Degree level (BAC+5), preferably in Law or Economics Previous experience in the compliance, legal or asset management services field International professional experience Proficiency in English (written and spoken) Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with compliance tools and methodologiesSoft SkillsAbility to work under pressure and adapt to an ever‑changing environment under time pressure and tight deadlines Well‑developed organizational skills and flexibility Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple stakeholders based worldwide and build collaborative relationships High attention to detail and willingness to learnCompany Profile Generali Investments Holding (GIH), part of the Assicurazioni Generali Group, oversees the Group’s global asset management activities.
