You’ll work with cutting‑edge technology solutions, helping our clients optimize their business processes and drive digital transformation. /p p As part of our Business Consulting division, you’ll have the opportunity to work on diverse projects across multiple industries, collaborating with international teams and growing your expertise in enterprise solutions. /p p Details: Venezia Milano Padova Roma Treviso Consultant Mid level /p h3 WHAT WE ’R LOOKING FOR /h3 h3 Join a team of experts dedicated to delivering innovative solutions and driving digital transformation for our clients. /h3 h3 How you’ll make a difference /h3 ul li Participate in the design and implementation of SAP Success Factors solutions across selected modules. /li li Support pre‑sales activities by helping prepare documentation, demos, or feasibility assessments. /li li Collaborate with clients to collect and refine functional requirements. /li li Configure and test system functionalities according to business needs and project guidelines. /li li Work closely with senior consultants and project leads, contributing to smooth and timely project delivery. /li /ul h3 What we’re looking for /h3 ul li At least 4–6 years of experience in implementing and maintaining SAP Success Factors solutions. /li li Familiarity with the SAP Activate methodology and structured project lifecycles. /li li Good command of English, both spoken and written. /li li Ability to translate functional requirements into clear and actionable configurations. /li li Autonomy in managing assigned tasks, while recognizing when to ask for support. /li li Interest in HR processes and a strong motivation toward digital transformation. /li li A collaborative mindset and willingness to work in an international, dynamic team. /li li Open to short, medium, and long‑term travel to client sites. /li /ul p The gross annual salary for this position ranges from €34.000 to €44.000. It may be adjusted based on the candidate’s skills and experience beyond the required level.
