Our client is looking in expanding the team and is currently looking for a Production Manager in Italy.Job OverviewLead programs aimed at reducing costs and increasing efficiency, and prepare and analyze departmental budgets.Work efficiently to establish a culture that guarantees all levels are carrying out their responsibilities utilizing standard work by using Lean Six Sigma.Encourage and carry out associate development initiatives to improve each associate’s proficiency with Lean principles and frameworks.Make sure that problems obstructing the manufacturing flow are promptly resolved.Throughout weekly production, support cross-site outcomes in the performance evaluations of different production lines.Lead proactive Kaizen problem-solving efforts and Lean implementation throughout production lines to guarantee systemic enhancement of protocols, standard work, tools, and processes.Key RequirementsBachelor’s degree in life science or engineering.Minimum 3 years of experience as a production manager.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills and proven record of accomplishment in prioritizing and planning production activities.Knowledge of manufacturing processes and best practices.Excellent organizational and time management abilities.Understanding of safety regulations and protocols.Analytical and problem-solving skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
