Reporting to the Group Head of Accounting and Procurement in our Italian office, the Finance Manager will support with Italy, France and Switzerland accounting and have responsibility for the finance function of the Italian entity. Key Responsibilities Management of three/four direct reports Coordinate the month end closing processes (journals, accruals, prepayments, depreciation) Monthly/Quarterly Balance sheet reconciliations - accrued and deferred income, fixed assets, accruals, prepayments, payroll, intercompany Review of bookkeeping including sales ledger, purchase ledger Coordination of the external audit process Payroll: management of monthly payroll bookkeeping and internal controls; serve as primary point of contact with external payroll provider and internal HR teamPlanning and preparation of the vendor
