OffertaPianificare e coordinare le attività di manutenzione preventiva e correttiva. Garantire il corretto funzionamento degli impianti e delle attrezzature. Supervisionare il team di manutenzione e assicurare il rispetto delle tempistiche. Analizzare e ottimizzare i processi di manutenzione per migliorare l'efficienza. Gestire i fornitori e negoziare i contratti di manutenzione. Monitorare i costi di manutenzione e garantire il rispetto del budget. Assicurare il rispetto delle normative di sicurezza e ambiente, Redigere report periodici sull'andamento delle attività di manutenzione.Competenze ed esperienza Il candidato ideale come Maintenance Manager, dovrebbe avere:Formazione accademica in Ingegneria o campo correlato. Conoscenza approfondita dei processi di manutenzione in ambito Engineering & Manufacturing. Capacità di leadership e gestione di team tecnici. Competenze nell'analisi dei dati e nella redazione di report. Ottima conoscenza delle normative di sicurezza e ambientali.
