We’re Hiring: Video Content Analyst (Italian Speaker) Lisbon, Portugal (LACS Anjos)On-site Flexible ShiftsAre you passionate about ensuring a safe online experience for millions of users?About the Role In this position you will review and analyze video content to ensure it complies with community guidelines, platform policies and safety standards. This role is ideal for individuals who are observant, objective and committed to maintaining a secure digital environment.Key Responsibilities Review and evaluate video content based on internal policies and community standards.Flag, escalation or removal of content involving sensitive or harmful material.Maintain high accuracy, consistency and attention to detail.Work effectively in 24/7 rotative shifts to meet deadlines.Collaborate with team leads and quality specialists to improve policy understanding.Stay updated on evolving content trends and policy changes.Requirements Fluent Italian (C1/C2) and strong English (B2 minimum).Excellent attention to detail and objective analytical skills.Availability to work in flexible rotating shifts.Ability to work on-site in Lisbon (LACS Anjos).Preferred Experience in moderation contact centers or customer support.Exposure to sensitive or graphic content.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Emotional resilience and ability to stay professional under challenging content.Compensation & Benefits Without experience.Base salary: Up to 14,000 gross / year.Language bonus: 700 gross / year.With experience in content analysis.Base salary: 16,100 gross / year.Language bonus: 700 gross / year.Meal Allowance: 7.63 per working day (meal card net).Transport Allowance: 700.Relocation Support For candidates relocating from outside Continental Portugal:Full assistance with NIF & NISS.Support in finding accommodation.2500 gross relocation bonus (paid with first payroll).For candidates relocating within Portugal (within 100 km from Lisbon):1500 gross relocation bonus.Why Join Us Work with one of the world’s leading technology brands.Grow your career in a multicultural dynamic environment.Comprehensive relocation support.Make a real impact by contributing to a safe and positive online ecosystem.Interested in this opportunity?
