Role: Guest Experience Executive
Salary Package: Competitive
We are looking for a dynamic, experienced and high-end Guest Experience Executive to deliver highly personalized service to VIP guests. This role focuses on anticipating needs, crafting a bespoke, luxury and flawless experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the dedicated, polished point of contact for elite guests.
- Partner with Culinary, and Front Office teams to execute specific guest preferences and dietary needs flawlessly.
- Handle guest complaints promptly and empathetically, finding effective solutions to maintain high satisfaction scores.
- Work closely with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance teams to fulfill guest requests seamlessly.
Requirements
- 2+ years in five-star luxury hospitality or elite concierge environments.
- Available to work dynamic shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent communication, strong problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in hospitality software.
- Professional presentation, positive attitude, and the ability to multitask.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
