As Manufacturing Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. This role involves managing manufacturing processes, optimizing resources, and leading a team to achieve operational targets aligned with company objectives. Key Responsibilities Production Management Plan, organize, and supervise daily manufacturing operations to meet production schedules and quality standards. Monitor workflow and adjust resources to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime. Process Improvement Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement lean manufacturing principles. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and improve productivity. Quality & Compliance Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and health & safety standards. Collaborate with Quality Assurance to maintain product quality and resolve issues promptly. Lead, coach, and develop the manufacturing team to foster a high-performance culture. Manage staffing levels, training, and performance evaluations. Budget & Reporting Manage manufacturing budgets and control operational costs. Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, KPIs, and improvement plans. What We Are Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (Master’s preferred). Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing leadership roles. Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, process optimization, and safety standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office.
