Lead Product Designer

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Lead Product Designer in Bulgaria. In this role, you will lead the design of impactful, user-centric experiences across multiple platforms, guiding a team of designers while collaborating closely with Product Managers and Developers. You will own the full design cycle from ideation to post-launch feedback, ensuring that product solutions are both elegant and aligned with business objectives. The position offers the opportunity to mentor and inspire a design team, influence product strategy, and work on high-impact projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will help shape the product vision and contribute to the creation of a holistic, seamless experience for all users.
