The ESG Due Diligence Specialist supports the operational coordination, monitoring, and continuous improvement of supplier due diligence processes across the company’s compliance operations. Acting as a central liaison between corporate CSR, procurement, and business units, the role ensures compliance with ESG standards and regulatory obligations while supporting the transition from manual, fragmented processes to structured, data-driven, and scalable systems. Through analytical rigor, cross-functional collaboration, and process enhancement, this position reinforces the company’s commitment to ethical sourcing, transparency, and sustainable business transformation, enabling both regulatory compliance and long‑term value creation across the upstream value chain.Job responsibilitiesSupport in coordinating Supplier Due Diligence Processes and projects across all business units (indirect procurement, jewelry, watches, etc.), ensuring full alignment with ESG and compliance standards.Collect, consolidate, and monitor supplier‑related data (e.g. audit status, audit plan, CAPs, questionnaires, risk assessments) to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of reporting.Develop and maintain dashboards and analytical tools (e.g., Power BI) to track ESG performance, risk exposure, and due diligence progress for senior stakeholders.Serve as Key User for corporate due diligence tools, acting as primary reference for business units and the Group to resolve system‑related queries, and escalating issues to LVMH tools support if required.Support supplier classification and clustering by category, geography, and risk level, linking each cluster to specific onboarding and monitoring procedures.Contribute to the design and documentation of standardized procedures and frameworks to enhance operational consistency and traceability across units.Assist in the development and enhancement of digital tools and reporting systems that enable automation and data integration throughout the due diligence lifecycle.Support annual ESG and due diligence reporting cycles, validating data.Serve as interface between central Sustainability & CSR, LVMH and business units, promoting collaboration, trust, and effective communication of requirements and timelines.Provide analytical and procedural input to ongoing social and environmental governance initiatives, helping bridge compliance with continuous improvement.Promote process awareness and capability building by sharing dashboards, updates, and best practices across teams and functions.Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation, proactively addressing inefficiencies, data gaps, and misalignments in due diligence processes.ProfileBachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Sustainability, Risk Management, or related field; master’s degree is a plus.Professional experience of minimum 2 years in supplier risk management, compliance, or procurement or comparable functions within multinational or complex organizations.Analytical & Data‑Driven mindset with proven ability to extract, consolidate, and interpret complex datasets; preferable experience with business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel).Skilled in managing workflows, calendars, and deliverables across multiple stakeholders in evolving and matrixed environments.Well‑developed stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills with a demonstrated ability to build credibility, influence and maintain productive partnerships with business units; capacity to “speak the same language” as operational teams.Process orientation & continuous improvement with a structured approach to designing and refining procedures.Able to translate complex ESG and compliance requirements into clear, actionable guidance for non‑specialist audiences.Strong adaptability and comfort with ambiguity, thriving in unstructured settings where processes are evolving, contributing to building frameworks and initiative / proactivity are required rather than executing predefined procedures.Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages (French, others) are a plus in a global policy scenario.#J-18808-Ljbffr
