Involves representing Borsalino as an ambassador of the brand, ensuring a positive customer experience through excellent service and product knowledge and achieving sales targets. Represent Borsalino as an ambassador of the brand: exhibit pride, passion and affinity for the brand through positive attitude, body language and personal presentation. Achieve and exceed sales goals through showing outstanding selling techniques, clienteling, sourcing new customers and building strong relationships with existing customers. Monitor and maintain visual merchandising standards on a daily basis, ensuring that all products are properly displayed. Accurately process all transactions, including the operation of cash register. High School Diploma. Bachelor is a plus Oustanding sales skills, strong results orientation, pragmatic approach, team working and collaboration, flexibility, customer orientation, initiative.
