Il nostro cliente nota azienda attiva nel settore macchine e impianti industriali ci ha incaricato di ricercare un/unaAREA SALES MANAGER IMPIANTISTCA, AFRICA OCCIDENTALELa posizione è volta a garantire lo sviluppo commerciale del territorio assegnato al fine di consolidare il business in termini di fatturato e profitto, coerentemente con gli obiettivi aziendali e secondo le linee guida della direzione aziendale.Definisce, con la direzione commerciale, le aree sulle quali lavorare, nonché le scadenze entro cui conseguire i risultati fissati sulla base del budget assegnato.Analizza il mercato dell’area di interesse valutando situazione attuale e potenzialità.Prepara un piano condividendolo con gli agenti in loco per raggiungere gli obiettivi e le quote di mercato predefinite.Sviluppa partnership commerciali e predispone report periodici di attività.Assicura il corretto presidio del territorio di riferimento, coordinando le attività della forza vendita.Collabora con il Marketing per la promozione e vendita dei nuovi prodotti.Fornisce feedback alla Direzione Commerciale riguardo la situazione del mercato e le esigenze dei clienti, contribuendo attivamente a sviluppare il business.Background tecnico, idealmente Laurea Ingegneria.Esperienza di circa 10 anni in ruoli di vendita nel settore impiantistica o affine.Conoscenza fluente lingue Inglese, Francese. Titolo preferenziale la conoscenza della lingua Araba.Marcate capacità di negoziazione, analisi e relazione interpersonale.
