About The Role The Legal team turns complexity into clarity by partnering with teams across Revolut to provide sharp, practical advice that helps the business move fast while staying protected. From structuring credit programmes to navigating new markets, the Legal team ensures growth is secure, compliant, and built for the long term. We’re looking for a Paralegal to support the Disputes team on their daily tasks and responsibilities. Up to shape what’s next in finance? Let’s get in touch. What You’ll Be Doing

Running internal fact-finding investigations
Assisting the Dispute team in handling external dispute resolution complaints in accordance with local law and regulation
Working on early-stage or less complex litigation, such as pre-action letters and responses to claims
Identifying, analysing, and resolving legal issues
Helping to implement improvements across the team
Collaborating with internal teams during legal case investigations
Administering external legal spend

What You’ll Need

A law degree from a university in Italy
Fluency in English and Italian
Excellent communication skills
Good organizational skills

Nice to have

An interest in fintech
Experience or internship as a paralegal, legal assistant, or lawyer in Italy (law firm or in house)
