Your work will directly influence how Qonto is perceived by SMEs discovering us for the first time. You'll be part of a hyper‑growth environment with 40+ different nationalities.Team Environment: You will be part of a team of 8+ brand designers within a broader design studio of 80+ designers including product designers, content designers, and website designers.Brand Context: Push creative boundaries of an evolving brand – built in collaboration with Koto studio – with the opportunity to contribute to defining our AI visual identity.Methodologies: We value strategic concepting and storytelling. You will have the autonomy to own projects from start to finish, working in close collaboration with cross‑functional teams.About Your Future ManagerBaptiste Dret, Lead Brand Designer, has been with Qonto since 2022, starting as a Senior Brand Designer and quickly growing into his current leadership role. He leads a diverse team covering paid ads, product marketing design, and our in‑house video unit – giving you access to a rich ecosystem of creative talent and collaboration opportunities. With over 16 years of experience in design, including his time as Lead Graphic Designer at Just Eat, he brings deep expertise in performance marketing design and brand storytelling. He is committed to helping his team members grow their craft while delivering high‑impact work that drives business results.About YouMotion design expertise: At least 5 years of experience in motion design, with a strong portfolio showcasing paid ads or similar high‑impact digital campaigns.AI tools proficiency: Regular use of generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Kling) and the ability to think outside the box, challenge tools, and create workflows adapted to your projects.Performance marketing expertise: Ability to analyze data to understand campaign impact and iterate on marketing strategies across channels like Meta, Google Display Network, and video platforms.Strategic concepting: Ability to craft strong creative concepts and lead campaign development from initial idea to multi‑format variations.At Qonto we understand that true diversity isn’t just about ticking boxes on a hiring checklist.
