A rapidly growing European investment platform is seeking a Finance & Operations Associate (Private Assets) to support its expanding activities across multiple jurisdictions. This is a rare chance to join an ambitious team investing in future-focused infrastructure themes and to take on a broad operational remit with genuine career growth.The Finance & Operations Associate (Private Assets) will take responsibility for the following duties :Maintain and update accounting records across several European entitiesLiaise with outsourced administrators on fund reporting, NAV packs, capital statements, and drawdown processesAssist with year-end audits, tax filings and preparation of management, advisory, and operating expense schedulesSupport portfolio reporting, data collection from portfolio companies, and preparation of investor materialsContribute to compliance administration, including registers, KYC processes, and internal documentationHelp manage FX processes and coordinate with brokersProvide general operational and office management support as neededThe Finance & Operations Associate (Private Assets) will meet the following criteria :Based in or willing to relocate to MilanFluent in ItalianDegree in finance, accounting or a related disciplinec.1–3 years’ post-qualified experience in investment management, funds, or a similar environmentStrong communication skills, collaborative mindset, and comfort working in a fast-moving entrepreneurial settingStrong knowledge of fund accounting principlesProven knowledge of alternative investment fundsA proactive attitude, curiosity, and eagerness to contribute across a wide operational scopeThis is an excellent opportunity to join an exciting business during a time of growth and prosperity.The role offers the chance to work in an entrepreneurial environment with full exposure to all aspects of the business.If you believe your experience aligns with the criteria, please apply with your CV.#J-18808-Ljbffr
