Overview For our Moncler Worldwide Warehouse Department we are looking for a person joining the WarehouseOperations Control team based in Castel San Giovanni (PC).Your Impact As part of the HQ logistics team, you will hold a corporate position, working closely with key departments to ensure the consistent execution of HQ logistics operations.What you will do:Analyze warehouse stock levels to maximize space utilization and improve operational efficiencyMonitor and control inventory and logistics volumes, ensuring data accuracy and precisionImplement and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure safety and regulatory complianceCollect and analyze operational data to create periodic reports and identify areas for improving and implementing corrective solutionsCollaborate with other departments to ensure efficient flow of information and materials across different business functionsQualificationsDegree in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics or similarGood knowledge of Excel, familiarity with Power BI and SQL is a plusFluent in English, both written and spokenAnalytical mindset, acute attention to detail, and a drive for continuous improvementStrong curiosity for data and problem-solvingFlexibility to adapt to a dynamic environment and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrentlyA positive, engaging and creative approach to work in cross‑functional teamsWould appreciate a person that is interested in the Logistics operations in Fashion & Luxury industry and knowledgeable about warehouse operating processes.
