A Note for Applicants: We are seeking U.S. nationals or individuals holding a U.S. passport who are currently based in Italy - ideally in Milan or Rome - and who bring strong sales experience along with a solid understanding of the learning world. Bonus Quest: You'll travel monthly to New York to follow the business, blending your Italian base with U.S. cultural insight. Think of it as L&D diplomacy on both sides of the ocean. You’ll Own:The full client lifecycle: from that first 'let’s talk' to 'this changed everything.' Working cross-functionally with facilitators, designers, creatives and thinkers to deliver value that sticks. Growing accounts like a boss and chasing new ones like you’re on a mission from the learning gods. Strengthening our relationships with U.S. clients, because learning is global and context is everything.You Are:A business developer with L&D in your bloodstream.
