Join us the future is ours to shapeJob DescriptionRole PurposeBPA Manager supports the business within a country with complex analysis reporting forecasts etc. (typically very large to large revenue). This role act as a Business Partner for BPA within a country providing insightful and value-added analysis and decision support to the management team.Your Key ResponsibilitiesAct as financial business partner to the Commercial Business UnitProvide management with accurate relevant business analysis to support monthly operational reviews and ad-hoc requests and ensure timely and accurate information gatheringPerform analysis to evaluate risks or opportunities; make recommendations to mitigate these risksManage and provide financial analysis and decision-making support for investment/project in a domainEnsure ongoing business performance is appropriately monitored and measured and drive early warning for re‑direction of resources with Business PartnersProvide accurate operational information and advice to support the annual budgeting rolling forecast and Strategic Planning processesEnsure integrity of data provided by commercial teams and provides value added; provide recommendations on forecast accuracy improvementProvide well managed and quality financial analysis in order to improve business case proposals and profitability trackingContinually improve and streamline existing management reporting processes and support the definition and implementation of lean processes to meet the changing demands of the businessCommitment to Diversity & InclusionWe are committed to building an outstanding inclusive work environment and diverse teams representative of the patients and communities we serve.What You’ll Bring to the RoleEssential Requirements:University degree in Finance or Economics or similar MBA as a plusAt least 4 years of relevant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (P&L/Balance Sheet/Cash flow) ideally as financial business partnerExcellent analytical skills with ability to understand the bigger pictureExcellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.
