Per Azienda leader di mercato a livello nazionale del settore GDO, siamo alla ricerca di un Project Manager.La nuova risorsa, a diretto riporto del Responsabile dell’Ufficio Tecnico, dovrà occuparsi della gestione delle attività relative alle nuove aperture dei punti vendita e alla loro ristrutturazione. Il Project Manager è responsabile del rispetto di tempi, costi e qualità del progetto. Dovrà supervisionare l’intero processo a partire dall’ingaggio dei fornitori tecnici, passando per il controllo delle attività di ingegneria e di cantiere, fino all’apertura del punto vendita ed il suo passaggio a gestione ordinaria. Tutte le attività dovranno essere svolte nel rispetto delle policy del Gruppo e coordinandosi con le altre Funzioni e Direzioni coinvolte.Valutare la fattibilità tecnica dei progetti;Ingaggiare i professionisti e le imprese tramite accordi quadro o tramite gara d’appalto (per la quale dovrà assicurarsi dell’esaustiva preparazione dei capitolati e delle specifiche);Supervisionare le attività dei Professionisti e delle società di Ingegneria;Verificare in cantiere l’andamento dei lavori e e approvare i SAL;Garantire il recepimento delle specifiche tecniche delle altre funzioni, in particolare IT e Sicurezza;Garantire l’archiviazione della documentazione tecnica di progetto.Laurea in Ingegneria (Civile/Edile/Meccanica) o ArchitetturaConoscenza del pacchetto AutocadSede: Provincia di Roma
