We’re seeking someone bold and visionary , ready to break barriers and fuel our international expansion.The EssentialsSeniority: Mid-Junior, reporting to Strategy & Corporate Development ManagerLanguages: Fluency in English and either French, Spanish or ItalianPreferred Location: MilanAs a Strategy Analyst you will be responsible for:Analytical Support & Organizational Initiatives: Provide analytical support and manage a wide range of organizational initiatives, including strategy development, research and analysis, project execution and leadership coordination.Reporting & Decision Support: Manage reports, dashboards and Board presentations to enable informed decision-making.Strategic Planning & Execution: Work closely with the management team to identify strategic priorities and coordinate their execution, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and proper integration across the organization.Market Analysis & Competitive Research: Conduct market analysis and competitive research to uncover trends and opportunities for growth. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide insights that support strategic planning and business decisions.Stakeholder Management: Engage in active stakeholder management, communicating strategic plans and updates effectively to both internal and external partners.Workshops & Strategy Facilitation: Facilitate workshops and strategy sessions to drive innovation and enhance decision-making.✅ Must-have skillsFluency in English and either Spanish, French or Italian;Demonstrate problem-solving acumen with an analytical mindset;Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral) and demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives and stakeholders;Experience in understanding management and business requirements and translating them into reports;Ability to proactively spot inefficiencies, understand root causes and propose data driven actions;Ability to drive KPI management, and to come up with data insights based on KPI observation;Ability to prioritize independently multiple responsibilities and work well under the pressure of deadlines;Strong project management skills.Power-UpsExperience at a top tier consulting firm or the strategy/commercial/etc. teams of corporates or startupsExperience with Microsoft office and / or Google SuiteKnowledge of TableauKnowledge of SQLD2C or Consumer experienceHealthcare experienceNot everyone checks every box, and that’s okay.
