GUCCI Couture Product Developer

Overview
In this role you will lead the end-to-end development of Couture RTW garments for Gucci, collaborating with Design, the Atelier, and suppliers to ensure exceptional craftsmanship and quality. Based in Milan, you will travel as needed to support global collections and milestones. You’ll oversee prototypes, fittings, and complex constructions while maintaining alignment with creative intent. This is an opportunity to shape couture product development within a premier luxury house.

Responsabilità Manage end-to-end Couture garment development from handover to final sample approval
Coordinate with Design, Pattern Making, the Atelier, external suppliers and artisans throughout the process
Oversee prototype development and fittings ensuring technical feasibility and creative alignment
Support development of complex constructions, materials and embellishments
Ensure cross-functional communication and timely collection milestones
Requisiti fondamentali Minimum 7 years in Product Development in luxury RTW, including at least 3 years in Couture Product Development
Strong technical expertise in garment construction, luxury fabrics, fitting, and artisanal techniques
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Strong attention to detail, autonomy, and ability to manage multiple priorities
Fluency in Italian, English and French
