For example, storing and delivering delicate flowers and fresh ingredients to local shops for everyday lunches and family celebrations. At Kuehne+Nagel, our work truly contributes to more than we imagine.How you create impactHelp ensure accurate, consistent, and timely information between departments and with customersContribute to customer support activities regarding order shipments, discrepancies, billing, etc.Compile, sort, and verify data before order entry and solve potential problems and/or discrepanciesInvestigate overdue and damaged shipmentsSupport analysis of complaints relating to billing or the service rendered; send complaints for non‑performance to the responsible services and promptly update customersWhat we would like you to bring>3 years’ experience in large‑scale (>300FTE) highly automated fulfilment operations, preferably in eCommerce, Fashion, or Retail, with multinational companies and a matrix organisational structureExperience with metric‑oriented and data‑analysis‑based work environments characterised by strict SLAs and deadlines; ability to prioritise issues and tasks using ticketing systemsDeep expertise in managing large‑scale B2B clients and communicating with external senior stakeholders—able to moderate, adapt and link customer needs to warehouse opportunities and capacityRequired deep fluency in English in both written and spoken communicationKnowledge of main ERP/WMS systems such as SAP or Blueyonder will be considered a strong plusWhat's in it for you As a global leader with a strong heritage and a vision to move the world forward, we offer a safe, stable environment where your career can make a real difference.
