Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated professional for an Italian Speaking Digital Trust and Safety Specialist position in Bulgaria to join a dynamic team in the social media sector. This role is pivotal in ensuring a safe, secure, and positive experience for millions of users by moderating content and enforcing community standards in an exciting, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and moderate user-generated social media content to ensure compliance with global safety policies.
- Investigate reports of policy violations, including harassment, misinformation, and sensitive material.
- Maintain a high standard of accuracy while processing content queues within the social media ecosystem.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine moderation strategies and improve community trust and safety initiatives.
- Provide insights on emerging trends within the social media landscape to prevent platform abuse.
- Handle sensitive escalations with discretion, empathy, and strict adherence to established protocols.
- Contribute to a healthy digital environment, making this Italian-speaking job a vital role for platform integrity.
Requirements
- Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Valid EU passport (required for all applicants).
- Strong interest in the social media industry and current digital trends.
