One Works is looking for a talented Senior Technical Architect to join our Team in Milan. About us As an international design and consultancy firm, we believe in creating dynamic and sustainable places where people and communities can connect with their environment, and with each other. Over the years, we have developed a proven ability to deal with a variety of complex commissions ranging from refurbishments and extensions, to new build and specialist infrastructure developments. Our experienced multidisciplinary teams of architects, engineers and interior designers work side-by-side to deliver an integrated approach on projects around the world. As a team, our strength lies in combining diverse ideas and technologies with a personalised, design-led approach. That’s how we create flexible solutions that address all expectations and reach the goals of our client’s. Key Responsibilities Oversee one or two large sparge scale projects managing the technical design of them effectively An ability to manage the design and coordination of consultants Technical ability to design components of a building EG facade An ability to review detailed and construction drawings and mark them up with comments Qualifications Registered Architect or Architect / Engineer PIVA Strong Revit skills and a solid understanding of Italian building regulations Experience of more than 5 years of the detailed design phase of the project International experience would be also of value #J-18808-Ljbffr
