Your role As an HRBP Intern , you will support the HR team by providing cross-functional analytical and operational support to various HR teams across the organization. You will play a key role in managing data flows, ensuring reporting accuracy, standardization and contributing to strategic HR processes . This internship offers the opportunity to develop essential HR processes skills, understanding the different HR activities and contributing to the entire HR system of a global company. Main responsibilities: Assist the Corporate HRBP team in supporting global corporate functions, acting as a liaison inside the HR departments. HR Data & Reporting : Collect, validate, and analyze HR data (e.g., talent, diversity, performance) to support dashboards, presentations , and decision-making processes across HR teams. HR support : Contribute to the preparation of materials for key HR processes (e.g., performance evalution, engagement workshops), maintain documentation, and ensure accuracy in organizational charts and tracking tools. Cross-functional Collaboration : Act as a point of contact for HR data and operational support needs from different HR teams, ensuring alignment and standardization across the team. Support on interns’ population (function specific) on ad hoc support, carrer planning, performance, recruitment, activation, interviews together with managers. Main requirements: Educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics or a related field Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus) Interest in HR processes What’s in it for you In EssilorLuxottica, you are not defined just by your job title.
