Il Ristorante Orizzonti, al 13° piano di Uptown Palace, parte del Gruppo Extro Hotels, è alla ricerca di un/una CHEF DE PARTIEIn qualità di Chef de Partie, supervisionerai una sezione della cucina e supporterai l'Executive e il Sous Chef dell'hotel.Dovrai garantire i più alti standard e una qualità costante nelle preparazioni giornaliere e tenerti aggiornato sui nuovi prodotti, sulle ricette, sulle tecniche di preparazione, nonché tenere d'occhio il food cost.Responsabilità:Gestire in autonomia la partita di assegnazione, dalla fase di preparazione al completamento del servizioGestire direttamente l'attività dei commis di cucinaComunicare in modo professionale con gli Chef per raggiungere gli obiettivi del ristoranteSupervisionare la corretta applicazione delle norme di igiene e sicurezza alimentare Requisiti:Ha un'esperienza di almeno 2 anniHa una conoscenza approfondita di tutte le principali partite e della cucina mediterraneaE' preciso/a e accurato/a nello svolgimento del lavoroHa ottime doti comunicative e relazionali Cosa Offriamo:Full time su turni uniciUn ambiente di lavoro stimolante e dinamico, in un contesto esclusivo, di alto livello professionaleOpportunità di crescita e sviluppo professionaleInquadramento e retribuzione commisurate alla professionalità richiesta Luogo di lavoro: Milano.I dati personali saranno trattati nel rispetto de l Regolamento UE n. 2016/679 - per le finalità su indicate.
