Within the Electronics Business Area, for the National Naval Programs unit, we are looking for a Project Manager to be assigned to one of our Rome Tiburtina or Naples Fusaro offices.

The person we identify will be part of the Project Management team and will be responsible for ensuring the correct management of projects and contracts with customers and suppliers, operating in complex and highly critical technological contexts.

The person will be responsible for the following activities:

• Governance of customer projects in the delivery phase, ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, quality and contractual requirements;
• Contribution to the definition of business requirements and participation in the bidding and contractual negotiation phases;
• Conducting various progress meetings, performance measurement and negotiation of new initiatives with suppliers/customers;
• Measurement, throughout the duration of the program/project, of the significant parameters that define its correct execution in accordance with contractual requirements;
• Coordination and interaction with internal functions to ensure adequate prevention of problems and definition of any recovery action plans;
• Participation in the continuous improvement process (process improvement);
• Planning, updating and control of the Project Plan (Gantt), with continuous monitoring of project and economic-financial KPIs;
• Generation of contractually required reports to management and the customer;
• Preparation and updating of the risk register and support for risk analysis and management activities;
• Stakeholder management.

Education:

Degree in Management Engineering, Economics and/or STEM.

Technical knowledge and skills:

• Solid preparation aimed at correct management and understanding of technical and economic topics;
• Knowledge of complex IT environments and HPC (High Performance Computing) solutions is a plus;
• Familiarity with highly complex technological contexts and infrastructure projects;
• Knowledge of Project Management principles and processes;
• Ability to analyze contracts and verify the technical-economic consistency of supplies, including evaluation of the appropriateness of quantity surveys and costs;
• Experience or familiarity with facilities and infrastructure works (e.g. data centers, plants, complex technological environments);
• Knowledge of contract economic indices;
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g. MS Project);
• Excellent command of Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
