Boggi Milano, azienda leader nel settore Moda, ricerca un/una LEGAL MANAGER & DPO Attività Fornire consulenza legale e supporto alle funzioni aziendali interne (come marketing, vendite, risorse umane, supply chain, IT, ecc.), garantendo la conformità alle normative locali e internazionali. Gestire e supervisionare la contrattualistica aziendale, inclusi contratti con fornitori, clienti, partner e distributori, con particolare attenzione agli aspetti di diritto commerciale, diritto del lavoro, diritto societario e proprietà intellettuale. Monitorare e aggiornare i modelli contrattuali aziendali, assicurandosi che siano sempre in conformità con le normative vigenti e con le migliori pratiche legali. Fornire consulenza legale nelle fasi di negoziazione e di redazione di contratti complessi, con attenzione alla gestione delle clausole di rischio, risoluzione delle controversie e protezione degli interessi aziendali. Gestire le controversie legali, coordinando con avvocati esterni per la difesa e risoluzione di controversie legali, sia a livello nazionale che internazionale. Supportare la gestione dei rischi legali, identificando potenziali problematiche e suggerendo soluzioni per prevenire o mitigare i rischi. Curare la documentazione legale aziendale, garantendo l'accuratezza e la completezza di tutti i contratti e gli accordi legali. Rimanere aggiornato sulle modifiche normative e legali, fornendo formazione e aggiornamenti periodici al management e ad altri dipartimenti aziendali. Ricoprire il ruolo di DPO di gruppo, avendo ben chiare le principali responsabilità e adempimenti. Il candidato ideale è una persona dinamica, proattiva, orientata al problem solving. Capace di lavorare in gruppo, ma anche di gestire in autonomia i progetti/attività che gli verranno assegnati.
