La filiale italiana, creata nel 2019, è alla ricerca di un/una: Sales Manager H/F Gestione di 6 persone (3 commerciali + 3 back-office) Ruolo basato presso la sede di Monza e Brianza, dotata di showroom. Per sostenere la crescita delle nostre attività, ricerchiamo un/una Sales Manager incaricato/a di sviluppare il business, rafforzare le partnership esistenti ( rete di installatori ) e contribuire al raggiungimento degli obiettivi strategici dell'azienda. Condurre azioni commerciali nei limiti delle deleghe definite e in evoluzione. • Incrementare il fatturato e/o i volumi nell'area in linea con gli obiettivi annuali. • Definire tassi di sconto e livelli di prezzo in accordo con la strategia commerciale. • Rafforzare le competenze commerciali, tecniche e normative della squadra. • Laurea equivalente a Bachelor/Master o lunga esperienza in un ruolo analogo. • Anni di esperienza nel settore dei serramenti o dell'edilizia: un plus significativo. • Spirito d'iniziativa, proattività, orientamento alla sfida e lealtà verso l'azienda. • Solida esperienza nelle tecniche di vendita e ottime capacità relazionali. • Attitudine positiva, costruttiva, orientata alle soluzioni e ai risultati. • Italiano madrelingua, buon livello di inglese; la conoscenza del francese è un plus.
