Move with us for a better worldYour RoleWe are looking for an energetic Recruitment Specialist to join our HQ Talent Acquisition Team in Cesena (Italy) who will work closely with the business leaders to attract and select the best people in the market to effectively implement the business strategy and build a great Technogym culture. In this role you will also play a crucial role in building/enhancing overall Technogym employer branding awareness and developing a network with key talent communities for short / long-term opportunities.Your ImpactIdentify the most effective recruiting channels and manage the overall recruiting process for junior mid and senior profiles across several business functionsLiaise with HR business partners and business leaders to gain insight into short / mid / long-term business needs and talent challengesUse data-based evidence to address hiring manager expectations about the labor market and recruiting processDefine strategic initiatives to build up external talent pipelinesRecommend continuous improvement to practices processes or policies to advance the Talent Acquisition functionProvide support to the Hiring Manager on the Talent Acquisition processes and practiceParticipate in global projects to support the delivery of the overall Talent Attraction strategySupport the development of innovative Employer Branding and Talent Attraction strategies establishing long-term relationships with best-in-class University and school partnersAct as a true Technogym brand ambassador defining and implementing communication to increase employer brand awareness in the marketAbout YouIdeally you are passionate about working out enthusiastic and proactive while also down-to-earth and ethical. You have exceptional interpersonal team building and communication skills with a strong customer service mindset.What you should bring :Masters Degree preferably in Human Resource Management Economics Psychology or a similar field5 years experience with full-cycle recruitment process preferably within multinational companiesKnowledge of selection techniques recruiting strategies and channels and assessment tools and methodologiesExpertise in using ATS and talent relationship management tools (knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors would be a plus)Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter LinkedIn Talent Insights and LinkedIn AdvertiseFluency in English (minim level B2 CEFR)Business partnership approach & love of headhuntingStrong teamwork and ability to listen while influencing othersDrive tenacity and a client-focused results-oriented approachTechnogym is an Equal Opportunities EmployerTechnogym is an equal opportunities employer.
