Your Tasks Routinely lead the finance workstream and/or finance organisation on site Fill interim CFO or Finance Director positions and work closely with the local CEO/CRO during the turnaround process of the portfolio company Understand and analyse the core drivers of the business, develop financial turnaround concepts and lead the end-to-end implementation of the concepts Prepare integrated financial plans and lead forecasting and budgeting processes Implement and improve sound cash management processes and manage liquidity needs on site Prepare and execute financing solutions (factoring, asset-based funding, credit lines) Manage and improve the relationship to external stakeholders (auditors, financial advisers, banks, credit insurer, etc.) Your Profile At least 5 years of relevant, international financial or operational restructuring experience gained in consulting, private equity, banking or industry Master's degree in the fields of finance from a reputable university or business school Exceptional entrepreneurship to find and implement creative solutions, energy and drive to solve complex problems as well as resilience during distressed situations Ability to build, review and refine financial models quickly and accurately Fluent Dutch and English, another European language is a plus Willingness to travel 4 days per week within EUROPE (typ.
