The person will be the subject‑matter expert working internally/externally with the partner base and sales organisation on defining less complex solutions and projects for partners.Main ResponsibilitiesWork with the sales team to support the design and configuration of vendor solutions.Use internal and vendor tools to generate accurate bill of materials on a timely basis.Respond quickly to queries or customer care issues.Educate internal and external audiences about products/technologies.Understand and apply vendor promotions.Knowledge Skills and Experience2–3 years of experience.Relevant experience in Lenovo/VMware technologies is ideal.Italian fluent; English conversational.Effective communication skills.Strong attention to detail, priority management and planning skills.IT industry knowledge – Channel, Vendors, Competition and End User is desirable.What Do We OfferHybrid work – 2 days at the office, 3 days at home.Continuous learning and a clear progression plan.Comprehensive benefits including health insurance and more.At TD SYNNEX, we embrace diversity and promote equal opportunities.
