Contract Site Manager – Predictive Maintenance and Reliability ServicesRole MissionThe individual will autonomously coordinate and supervise all activities outlined in the framework contract for predictive maintenance, lubrication, and performance analysis of rotating machinery in a refinery environment. The Site Manager will be the technical and operational point of reference for the client, ensuring service quality, safety, regulatory compliance, and client satisfaction. The work location will be at the Client's facilities.Main Contract ResponsibilitiesOperational management of the on-site technical team (lubricators, vibration analysts, maintenance technicians)Continuous monitoring of safety, quality, and environmental impactPlanning and supervision of activities including:Predictive maintenance (vibration, thermography)Lubrication and oil analysisRoot Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA), identifying failure causes and proposing solutions in collaboration with engineeringField rotor alignment and balancingMinor mechanical maintenanceValidation and optimization of control and lubrication plansManagement of technical reporting and monthly KPIsPoint of contact between client and company, managing billing activities for both the base scope and additional tasksTraining of operational staff and support for technical team developmentMaintenance of vibration database and condition monitoring software The selected candidate will be responsible for implementing and autonomously managing the predictive and preventive maintenance service based on client needs, training the team on operational activities, especially those related to vibration analysis (correct sensor placement, fault diagnosis, misalignment, etc.)Minimum RequirementsDegree in Engineering (preferably mechanical or similar)≥ 10 years of experience in condition monitoring, reliability, and industrial maintenancePrevious experience managing maintenance teamsISO 18436 CAT2 certification (vibration analysis)Training for working in confined spaces will be considered a plusKnowledge of maintenance policies for operating machinery, preferably in petrochemical/energy sectors.
