Palazzo Parigi Hotel & Grand SPA, struttura 5 stelle lusso nel cuore di Milano, è alla ricerca di un/una Catering and Events Manager, ad integrazione del proprio dipartimento Eventi.La risorsa si occuperà di: Effettuare e coordinare site inspections con i potenziali clienti; Gestire principalmente tutti gli aspetti burocratici dell’evento (contrattazione, contrattualizzazione, fatturazione e pagamento) supportando in tal senso anche gli altri membri del team;Essere il riferimento tra il cliente e la struttura prima, durante e dopo lo svolgimento dell'evento; Comunicare e far comunicare i dettagli dell'evento ai reparti coinvolti al fine di assicurare che le aspettative siano soddisfatte. Il/la candidato/a ideale è in possesso dei seguenti requisiti: Almeno 3 anni di esperienza nello stesso ruolo in contesti similari; Ottimo inglese scritto e parlato; Eccellente capacità organizzativa; Precisione ed attenzione al dettaglio; Conoscenza del funzionamento dei reparti potenzialmente coinvolti nell’evento (cucina, banqueting, manutenzione, ecc.); Ottime capacità di negoziazione (via email, telefonico e diretto). Completano il profilo: disponibilità, flessibilità (potrà capitare di lavorare di sera e/o nei weekend per supervisionare gli eventi) e capacità di lavorare sia in autonomia che in team.Residenza e/o domicilio in loco o in zone limitrofe costituiranno titolo preferenziale.Cosa offriamo: Iniziale contratto a tempo determinato C.C.N.L Settore Turismo; Mensa interna; Opportunità di carriera; Sconti esclusivi sulle tariffe nel circuito Leading Hotels of the World (LHW).
