Bonatti is looking for a Tendering Specialist to join our Prequalification & Tendering team in Parma. This role is key to coordinating, preparing, and compiling prequalification documents, supplier registrations, and tender submissions for international projects worldwide. You will work with global partners and clients across diverse regions, from the Americas to Asia and Africa, ensuring compliance and supporting the acquisition of new business opportunities.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and manage prequalification documents and supplier registration processes.Compile and submit tender documentation, questionnaires, and related administrative requirements.Coordinate with internal departments (Engineering, QA/QC, HSE, Planning, etc.) to gather necessary information.Monitor tender deadlines and ensure timely, accurate submissions.Maintain and update supplier registers and tender archives.Prepare tender status reports and ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements.RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree.Languages: Excellent English (mandatory) and another European language (preferably German).Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.IT Skills: Proficiency in common software applications and company tools.Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.Problem‑solving attitude and adaptability.Effective time management and ability to work under pressure.Place of workParma (PR)This position is open to candidates of all genders, in full compliance with Legislative Decree No. 198/2006 and subsequent amendments, and Legislative Decrees No. 215 and No. 216 of 2003 on equal treatment.
