Overview The role is responsible for establishing and maintaining network performance by building & changing net configurations and connections, troubleshooting L1 & L2 network incident & problems. Key Responsibilities Perform maintenance, upgrade, configuration of various networking devices Provide support in External connection documentation Create and update internal low level and high-level network infrastructure documents including diagrams Update network related Disaster Recovery procedures Secure network system by enforcing ING policies and standards Maximize network performance by monitoring performance; troubleshooting network problems and outages; scheduling upgrades; collaborating with network and enterprise architects on network optimization. Reporting network operational status by gathering, prioritizing information Any other duties as assigned by management Rotate On call availability (8.00PM to 8.00AM including weekends and
